Do you have any special requests or food allergies, please inform us of this and we adapt your meals accordingly. . . Rondane Mountain Hotel was established in 1939 by Hans and Bergljot Nygaard. It was immediately apparent that the place was popular with guests and it got increasingly more visitors to Rondane. In 1961 occurred the fire at the hotel which meant that the building had to be demolished. Ingrid and Erling Erlandsen then took over the operation and put the property in condition with new buildings. There were also those who took the initiative to build the spa area - which in 1999 was completed as Norway's first aerial spa. After many years of hotel management decided to sell the property to Berit Ljone and Knut Steep Braaten who has managed the hotel until March 2011.Hotellet is now run by Rahmgruppen.
